If your order was damaged during shipment, please fill out the form below and upload photos of the damaged package(s) and what part or parts were missing. We will file a claim with UPS or the motor freight carrier who the order was shipped with, replace what was lost and get it shipped out to you right away.
The form will go to our service team who are dedicated and assigned to monitoring these notifications and we will get back to you that same day or the next business day.
