Changing an Existing Order
E-Rigging’s processes are designed to pick, pack, and ship customer orders as fast as possible. Our customers appreciate this service as it sets us apart from others in our industry. Orders are sent down to the warehouse in batches frequently throughout the day and are packed, palletized, and shrink-wrapped making it inefficient to break down pallets to search for orders to change.
To best serve our customers and get orders shipped blazingly fast, we do not allow changes to orders once placed. Instead, follow these steps based on your circumstance:
- Add Items to Order:
- Place a new order for the remainder of items you need.
- Remove Items from Order:
- Place a new order with the correct quantities you need.
